- The subject of the order is the supply of UTM edge devices in accordance with the subject of the order described in Volumes II and III of the Terms of Reference (SWZ).
7 Specifications of the SWZ Order Terms:
Contractors who are not subject to exclusion may apply for the award of the contract and meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
The contractor will meet the condition if:
7.2.1 demonstrates that in the last 5 years before the deadline for submitting offers, and if the period running a business is shorter - during this period he has performed, and in the case of recurring or continuous services, he also performs, at least two deliveries that meet the requirements separately:
a) the subject of each supply was/is the supply of network security devices,
b)value each delivery was/is not less than PLN 1,000,000.00 gross.
In the case of services continuing to be performed, the value of each supply must relate the part already completed, not the whole, including the future unrealized scope of delivery. In the case of services still performed by the Ordering Party requires, that the subject of each of these deliveries was completed at least to the extent required to demonstrate compliance with the condition for participation in the proceedings.
