A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is Delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of UV-VIS-NIR spectrometer with a thermostatted handle to the Kuwet together with the training of employees of the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of WrocΕaw in the field of service .2. Detailed range of orders, according to which the order should be performed, contains Annex 3 to the SWZN entitled: Description of the subject of the order / minimum ordering requirements. The offer must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire assortment of the subject of the order.3. A detailed scope of the obligation to perform the subject of the order is in the contract of the contract (which provides the provisions of the contract within the meaning of art. 281 par. 1 point 7 of UPZP), constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.4. The subject of the order must be new, free from physical and legal defects and can not be the subject of rights of third parties. The subject of the order must meet all applicable legal standards of the European Union .6.
