1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of validated IVD reagent sets for insulation and DNA detection of microorganisms in individual markings, necessary to perform tests in clinical materials (hereinafter referred to as the goods) described in detail and in the quantities given in the form The price is Annex 2 to SWZ together with the camera lease (hereinafter referred to as the device or lease), described in detail In the list of required technical functions and parameters, constituting Annex 6 to SWZ and in accordance with the planned provisions contracts constituting Annex 4 to this SWZ.
the right to not be a part of the assortment of the specified Annex 2 to SWZ, subject to paragraph none claims for damages or claims based on a different legal basis, to which the contractor agrees.
The contractor granted during the contract will be 60% of the maximum value of the contract specified in § 6 para. 4 to SWZ.
