Description:
The vehicle is to be intended for the City Guard to perform emergency patrol tasks. Basic work activities will be performed inside. In addition, the vehicle will be used to transport intoxicated people to the Center for Prevention of Alcohol-related Problems or to their place of residence, as well as to transporting arrested persons to the nearest Police unit. The vehicle must be built using a base vehicle approved in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law or Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2028. In on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for those vehicles, amending Regulations (EC) No 715/2007 and (EC) No 595/2009 and repealing Directive 2007/46/EC.
