Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of various food products to the Municipal Care Center for the Elderly, Chronically Disabled and Dependent in Krakow.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the assortment and price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and should be read it along with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of the answers provided by the Ordering Party to the Contractors' questions.
3. The subject of the contract must:
• meet the conditions specified in the Act of December 16, 2005 on products of animal origin, in particular the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin,
• meet all hygienic and sanitary requirements generally applicable in Poland EU.
