Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of medical materials different for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. The specification of deliveries is included in Annex 1.1, ie "price form". Other terms of the contract are specified in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract, ie "planned provisions of the contract which will be entered into the content of the contract. The rules set out in the contract also indicate for individual packages, among others obligations regarding the manner and dates of delivery, including: in the field of deposit and lending. Agreements will be concluded after the present proceedings for a period of 24 months.
