1. The subject of this procedure is the supply of medical devices for the needs of "Municipal Hospital in Rabka - Zdroj" Sp. z o.o., whose detailed description, as well as the quantitative and assortment scope is specified in the assortment and price form, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
