Description:
1. The subject of this procedure is the supply of medical devices for the needs of "Municipal Hospital in Rabka - Zdroj" Sp. z o.o., whose detailed description, as well as the quantitative and assortment range is specified in the assortment and price form, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
2. He conducts a tender divided into 7 packages, i.e.
Package No. 1: Delivery of treatment sets for obtaining platelet rich plasma
Package No. 2: One -off, not chemical medical and hematological articles
Package No. 3: Anesthesia sets
Package No. 4: Ligament reconstruction systems, implants and surgical tools
Package No. 5: Powers for subarachnoid puncture
Package No. 6: Surgical tools
Package No. 7: Surgical seams, implants and preparations for the treatment of bone defects
The procedure consists of 7 packages, in detail described in the assortment and price form, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ. This description should be read along with any changes in SWZ content, which is, for example, the result of answers to the inquiries of contractors. Each of the packages will be considered separately. The contractor may submit an offer for everyone Any package of your choice. The contracting authority does not limit the number of parts for which one contractor can submit an offer.
