Description:
1. The subject of the contract is:
Supply of successive nature of various medicinal products- different drugs with the division of the ordered range into individual- packages.
The products offered must be allowed (currently) to market in Poland.
Expiration date of the offered subject of the contract It cannot be less than 6 months from the date of delivery.
2. The concise description, scope and size of the subject of the contract has been included in the form of the subject of the contract, the price, constituting Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract.

The Employer allows the possibility of submitting an offer in packaging other than the specified Annex 2 to SWZ provided that the quantity is properly converted.
4. The Contractor must offer a 60 -day payment date of the VAT invoice from the date of its correct issue and the period of immutability prices for the duration of the contract.
The terms of the contract were included in the contract template constituting an integral part of SWZ.
5. The Employer allows the possibility of submitting equivalent offers, i.e. equivalent pharmaceutical and therapeutic.
