3. The applicant provides for the right of options in the proceedings in question. The right option means that the contracting authority will definitely buy a guaranteed amount, while the implementation of optional deliveries may take place only with the consent of the Ordering Party, in the quantities indicated by him, at the binding unit prices at the deadline (valid) of the contract.
