Description: The subject of the order is the delivery of vegetables and fresh fruit. Deliveries will be implemented for a higher judicial school; Delivery site: 62-800 Kalisz, ul. WrocΕawska 193-195. The Contractor shall provide a product prepared in accordance with the Food and Nutrition Act, Act on the Commercial quality of agri-food products and the implementing regulations to these acts. Deliveries will be implemented on working days, in the quantity and dates specified by the Ordering Party, on average three times a week, after a prior telephone application. Deliveries will be implemented according to the Employer's indications from 7:00 am Γ· 9:00. The Contractor shall complete the supply of the subject of the order with its own transport, at its own expense. The means of transport must meet the existing sanitary requirements for the carriage of food products. The contractor shall be borne by the contract in the entire period of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
