Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of vegetables and fruit for SPZOZ in Sanok, ul. 800-lecia 26. Common dictionary order: CPV 03.22.00.00- 9 vegetables, fruits and nuts CPV 03.22.10.00- 6 vegetables CPV 03.22.20.00- 3 fruits and nuts CPV 15.30.00.00- 1 fruits, vegetables and similar products2. Detailed description, scope and the size of the subject of the order and the terms of execution of the order were included in the form of the subject of the order, the price form constituting Annex No. 2 and the contract template constituting an integral part of the SWZ. 3. The contractor will offer a 60-day payment period from the date of issuing the correct VAT invoice and will offer a period price stability throughout the duration of the contract.4. If the Contractor finds that the trademarks, national standards or European standards or international standards used in the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ may indicate the producers of the products or their sources of origin, the Ordering Party allows solutions in this respect, equivalent products.
