Pursuant to art. the subject of the contract in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, up to a maximum of 200 % of the basic order.
order Optional will be implemented by the Contractor with whom the basic order contract was concluded on the principles and according to the unit prices set out in the basic order.
The implementation of the optional part will be carried out on the basis of a declaration of will of the contracting authority expressed in the form of a written order.
