Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of vehicles for the needs of the Poviat Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Ostroda, including:
1) part 1- Delivery of a heavy rescue and fire-fighting car;
2) Part 2- Delivery Delivery of a light reconnaissance and rescue car.
Description of part of the order is in § 19 SWZ.
2. The subject of the contract is to be factory new, unused, technically efficient, secure, in line with applicable standards and quality standards, complete and ready for use, and must meet the minimum technical, functional and quality requirements specified in tender documentation.
3. Possible names (trademarks) (trademarks), norms, assessments and technical specifications given by the contracting authority are sample, and their indication is intended to determine the expected standard, while the Ordering Party allows submission of offers equivalent pursuant to art. 101 para. 4, 5, 6 of the POPPS in connection with art. 99 PPS. If the documentation of the procedure indicates specific standards, assessments and technical specifications, the contracting authority informs that it allows the use of equivalent solutions described by these norms.
