Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of framework contracts for the supply of vehicles in the police version marked and unmarked, hereinafter referred to as vehicles or vehicles.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is chapter XIX SWZ and Annex 5-5h to SWZ, suitable for the task.
3. OrderingAllows the submission of partial offers broken down into 9 tasks.
4. The contracting authority allows entrusting the performance of part of the subcontractor's order.
5. Pursuant to art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 23, 2016.
