Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of a vertical laboratory autoclave, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the International Cancer Vaccine Research Center of the University of Gdańsk. 2. The order includes delivery, assembly and installation of the equipment in the place indicated by the Ordering Party. and training 4 of the Ordering Party's employees in the operation and basic maintenance of the equipment. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 33191110-9 (autoclaves). 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order. 5. Place of equipment delivery: University of Gdańsk, International Center for Cancer Vaccine Research, ul. Kładki 24, 80-822 Gdańsk, room 304. 6. The Ordering Party requires a warranty for the equipment for a period of 24 months. Details regarding the guarantee are included in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex No. 5 to SWZ.
