Description:
1. The subject of this order is the supply of a vessel closing device for the National Institute of Oncology. Maria Skłodowska-Curie - National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice.
2. Description of the subject of the order and terms of execution of the order are included in the annexes:
1)Description subject of the order, assortment and price specification (OPZ, SAC) - Annex No. 2 to SWZ,
2) Designed provisions of the contract that will be introduced into the content of the contract
(PPU) Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
The scope of the order includes the delivery of one device for closing vessels (term implementation within the next 30 business days from the date of conclusion of the contract and successive deliveries over a period of 12 months of disposable instruments for closing vessels for the offered device (204 pcs.)
3. The Ordering Party did not conduct preliminary market consultations.
4. The Ordering Party does not provide for this supplementary orders.
5. Information on the joint application of Contractors for the award of the contract is included in Chapter IX of the SWZ.
6. Deadline validity of the offer is: 90 days. The offer validity period begins with the expiry of the offer submission deadline. This day is the first day validity period of the offer. The above means that the offer validity period expires on March 21, 2025.
