Description:
1. The subject of the order is: "Delivery of a virtualization platform along with implementation, warranty and technical support for a period of 36 months (2 parts)". The subject of the contract is described in detail in Chapter II of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers divided into 2 parts, i.e.:
Part I - delivery of devices with implementation, technical support and warranty for a period of 36 months,
Part II - delivery of software for the development of infrastructure, along with licenses with technical support for a period of 36 months.
2. Order completion date:
2/1st century scope of Part I:
2.1.1. As part of the basic order: 2.1.1.1. delivery during Business Hours to the Location of Devices, including the Software referred to in point the manufacturer referred to in point X, table 1-3 of the OPZ; 2.1.1.2. implementation of the Technical Design within 28 days from the date of conclusion of the contract; 2.1.1.3. implementation and delivery of as-built documentation within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Devices confirmed in the Quantitative Acceptance Protocol; 2.1.1.4. Conducting the Instruction no later than the end of the Implementation.
