Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. Subject of the order, 1) The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of the VTS simulator as part of the modernization for the needs of the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin as part of the investment task entitled ,,Simulation laboratory of the ship traffic management system (VTS) along with the modernization and expansion of the IT and ICT infrastructure of the University. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is defined in: Appendix 1a to the SWZ. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Sleeplessnessno above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to art. 226 sec. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law, 3) Nomenclature according to CPV: 38970000-5 Research, test and scientific technical simulators, 4) Possible names (trademarks) provided by the Ordering Party,their exemplary nature, and their indication is intended to determine the expected standard, while the Ordering Party allows the submission of bids equivalent in the scope of the description of the subject of the contract..
