Description:
The contracting authority invites you to submit an offer over the walls of wall, kitchen and toilet boards. Orders, offer form, Purchase order design and general contract terms for delivery are in the Annex tab. be submitted through the company's purchasing platform, only from its profile registered on the purchasing platform by attaching the offer form in the Annex tab. It is recognized that the person posting all documents, applications, notifications and offers on the company's purchasing platform is authorized by the contractor and acts on his behalf. All documents requiring the signatures of people representing the contractor must be submitted:- in electronic form- scan (with visible signatures of people representing the contractor) or in an electronic form provided with a qualified signature electronic. Documents must be of an adequate quality minimum of 150 dpi (enabling reading the content contained in the document). The application allows the possibility of awarding the contractor, which will submit the most advantageous offer in the purchase mode pursuant to § 7 para. 2 points 6) regulations R-PZP-02 granting by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągow i Kanalizacji in the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw S.A. public procurement not covered by the obligation to apply the Public Procurement Law - edition 01 (published on the website wwww.mpwik.com.pl.)
