Description:
Brief description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the delivery to the warehouse of the Fisheries Farm in Wierzchosawice of 532 grains of consumer barley in the amount of 50 tons. The delivered barley must meet the conditions specified in the standard PN-R-74109:1997 Barley grain. , Basic requirements of this standard pthe following:, - moisture not more than 15%, - leveling (weight ratio of barley grain remaining on the sieve with mesh size of 2.2 mm x 20 mm to the weight of screened barley grain expressed as a percentage) at least 85%, - impurities up to 6%, including unhealthy grains, harmful seeds and/ortoxic and foreign matter - up to 1% ((including: seeds harmful to health and/or toxic - up to 0.5%, ergot - up to 0.05%, unhealthy grains up to 0.5%, inorganic foreign matter - up to 0 .5%), - Consumer barley should have a specific, storage smell; stale or foreign are unacceptable., This is unacceptablepresence of live grain and flour pests, - The delivered grain should be qualitatively homogeneous
