Description: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of wash and disinfectants including: deliveries of disinfection means, washing, hand and skin care; Washing and disinfecting tools and medical equipment in manual and machine processes (ultrasonic car wash, disinfectors car wash), cleaning and disinfection of surfaces, trolleys - thermos for carrying meals, a swimming pool disinfection, a pool of a swimming pool for underwater massage and water treatment preparations.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order containing information on the assortment, quantities and requirements was set out in Annex 2 to SZWZ constituting its integral part.
3. The Employer in Annex 2 to the SIWZ requires administration by the Contractor, apart from the price, trade name and manufacturer offered by the contractor of the subject of the contract.
4. All information about the product placed on labels or packaging must be drawn up in Polish.
