Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a washer and disinfector for the needs of the Vascular Operating Theater as part of the Project "Improvement of medical services in the field of cardiovascular diseases by providing additional equipment to the Department of Vascular Surgery and Angiology and auxiliary units in the IndependentPublic Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Lublin" No. POIS.11.03.00-00-0108/22 under Measure 11.3 Supporting the repair and resilience of the health care system Priority Axis XI REACT-EU of the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014 2020"
2. Employer offers are not allowedt partial. The subject of the contract constitutes one task.
3. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract offered by the Contractor has all the admissions, permits, approvals and certificates required by law.
4. The offered devices are to be new, unused, not subject toexhibitions, exhibitions, etc.
