Description:
The subject of the procedure is to collect offers for the supply of waste bins not integrated with the bodywork for 99 second-class type 111A wagons and 34 first-class 112A type wagons, in accordance with specification no. 111A-40-112A-40-ST-034-01. We guarantee acceptance of 133 wagons, and orders for subsequent wagons at the turn of the next 5 years will be made under the framework agreement (314 wagons in total). Requirements: in accordance with the attached specification number 111A-40-112A-40-ST-034-01. Offer should contain the following items:1. Net price and payment terms (30-day transfer),2. Delivery time of the first sets from the moment of placing the official order/signing the contract - subsequent deliveries will be made according to the previously agreed schedule please confirm delivery dates for repeat orders,3. Validity period of the offer,4. Warranty conditions for min. 48 months counted from the date of receipt of the wagons,5. Delivery conditions - DAP required acc. Incoterms 2020,6. Contact person,7. Declaration meeting the requirements/guarantee of providing technical and quality documentation in accordance with the Specification. The offer should be accompanied by the following as attachments: 1. Current registration data for the contract (entry in CEIDG, current KRS in PDF), 2. Current insurance under business activity (OC).
