Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a wind turbine with a metering for the Koszalin University of Technology to the extent specified in the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ) and the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
2. A detaching description of the subject of the contract and technical requirements containsAnnex 2 to SWZ.
3. The application requires the Contractor providing information in the price form enabling the Employer to identify the offered subject of the contract: manufacturer, type/model of the device. In the absence of data indicating the identification of the offeredthe subject of the contract, the offer will be rejected on the basis of art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. The contracting authority did not divide the order into parts due to the purchase of one piece of device. The subject of the contract is an indivisible whole.The subject of the contract is adapted to the implementation by small and medium entities.
5. The Contractor is obliged to deliver, install, start a new device, which is the subject of this procedure at his own expense, in the place indicated by the Employer and provide instruction with itsServices.
6. Detailed provisions regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract concluded a draft contract constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
