Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the supply of Zoony's wireless conference system from: conference desktops - 40 pieces; batteries dedicated to the abovementioned desktops - 40 pieces; conference controller - 1 piece; Adiverees dedicated to batteries - 4 pieces; software responsible forIntegration of the conference system; 2. The contractor obliged will be: conducting any necessary configuration system on the provided devices; conducting the correctness of the functioning of the system in place and during the meeting of the first session of the Lublin Voivodship Assembly withusing the wireless conference system; granting a warranty on the supplied equipment with a minimum period of 24 months (the warranty period is one of the criteria for the evaluation of offers); conducting 120 min (2h clock) training, for designated employees of the Ordering Party, responsible for the system's slide. 3.The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract: a) to the building of the Marshal's Office in Lublinieul.
