1. Daily - 24 -hour electricity for the Ordering Parties listed in Annex 7B to SWZ in the period from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026 within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2024.266 i.e.) in an estimated amount of 4,400.0 MWh.
2. The volume of electricity covered by the order is 4400.0 (+/- 10%) MWh, the largest share in the purchase It will have energy settled in the B23 tariff - an estimated volume of 4 100.0 MWh. The amount will be settled in the C12a, C11, C 22b tariffs.
3. Sales by the Employer to the Contractor, energy produced in renewable energy OSD.
4. The amount of electricity generated in renewable energy and introduced into the network is 240.0 MWh.
