Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of 250 tons of pellet wood fuel, using our own transport with automatic unloading or a silo-type vehicle with exhaust and its unloading to the storage tank located in the building of the OLIMPIC indoor swimming pool in Strawczynek. The product should meet primarily: all parameters specified in DIN PLUS or EN PLUS standards. The Ordering Party requires submitting a DIN PLUS or EN PLUS Certificate or equivalent (original or copy certified by the Contractor as true original) with the offer.2. Description of the subject of the orderThe supplied wood pellets will meet the DIN PLUS quality standard or EN PLUS or equivalent (in accordance with Article 105 of the Public Procurement Law), confirmed each time upon delivery with an appropriate certificate. The contractor will be responsible for the quality of the pellets delivered during the contract period. The quantity of pellets ordered is indicative and is intended for comparison of the offer. The Ordering Party reserves the right to: reserves the right to reduce the quantity of deliveries to actual needs by max. 30%. Deliveries will be adjusted to the ordering party's storage capacity, depending on the amount of fuel burned. A single delivery will not exceed 24 tons of fuel. Detailed big...
