Description:
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of wood fuel - pellets, to the boiler room located in the Social Welfare House in Oborniki Śląskie (for the Branch in Rocisawice, ul. Polna 43) in an estimated amount of approximately 105 tons. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to order the above-mentioned amounts of pellets. Contractors the Ordering Party is not entitled to any claims for damages for ordering a smaller quantity of pellets by the Ordering Party. The product should meet the parameters specified in the DIN plus or EN plus A1 standards. The Ordering Party requires submitting a DIN plus or EN plus A1 Certificate issued to the Contractor along with the offer, which submits an offer in the procedure. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party expects the single quantity of ordered pellets to be in the range of 13 - 16 tons. Transport using a road tanker, adapted to transport pellets, and unloading to the Ordering Party's warehouse. using a pneumatic connector. Transport at the Contractor's own expense.
