Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of work and protective clothing and personal protective equipment. The order was divided into 7 tasks in accordance with the order documents.
2. The terms of the order processing are specified in the order documents (Annex 3 to SWZ - the planned provisions of the contract(hereinafter: PPU)).
3. Type of quantity and description of the subject of the contract together with the requirements are specified in the order documents (Annex 2 to SWZ - price form/ description of the subject of the contract).
