- 1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery to the Ordering Party of work clothes for inmates employed at RD PoznaΕ WER Komorniki in the following assortment:
β’ long-sleeved polo shirt - navy blue in the quantity of 144 pieces,
β’ t-shirt - navy blue in the quantity 144 pcs.,
β’spregarding overalls - navy blue, 144 pairs,
β’ protective helmet with chin strap, 10 pcs.,
β’ warning vest - orange, 72 pcs.
2. The subject of the order should be brand new, free from technical or legal defects and be of high qualityexecution.
3. Quantities of individual types of the ordered assortment, specified in section 1, will be indicated in the orders sent to the Contractor, depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party.
4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity between individual types of the orderedassortment covered by the contract, specified in section 1, depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. If the quantity of a type of product ordered is increased, the quantity of another type of product that is the subject of the contract is correspondingly reduced. Changes are only possible in general termsgross value of the contract, provided that the increase or decrease in the quantity of a given product will not exceed a total of 30% of the gross value of a given product, provided that the Ordering Party guarantees the purchase of 70% of the gross value of the subject of the order.
