Description:
1. The subject of the order is the execution of the task entitled: "Delivery of work clothes and protective and security clothing for the needs of IMWM-PIB, divided into 10 parts".
2. The forecast amount of work clothing, protective clothing and safety clothing is estimated based on current consumption and is intended for useand only for calculation purposes, used to compare offers, does not constitute an obligation to purchase it. The actual quantity of clothing purchased during the execution of the contract will result solely from the current needs of the Ordering Party. The contractor will not be entitled to any claim in respect ofpurchase by the Ordering Party of less than the estimated amount of work clothing and protective and security clothing. The Ordering Party specifies the minimum quantity of purchased work clothes and protective and security clothing, not less than 60% of the estimated quantity.
3. Description of the part of the order:
1) Part No. 1 of the order oincludes the delivery of outerwear.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order for part No.1B to SWZ - Description of the subject of the order for part No. 2 of the order.
3) Part No. 3 of the order includes the supply of work gloves. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1C to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order for part No. 3 of the order.
