- POLREGIO S.A. invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the contract to submit a price offer for the supply of work footwear and protective gloves. This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Requirements for the contractor: 1. The subject of the order is delivery of work footwear and protective gloves divided into tasks: Task 1 - Work footwear Task 2 - Protective gloves2. Delivery time: 7 business days,3. Delivery at the Supplier's expense and risk as part of the remuneration to the address in two locations: - POLREGIO S.A. ΕodΕΊ Plant in ΕodΕΊ, Warehouse ZakΕadowy ul. Tuwima 22/26, 90-002 ΕodΕΊ- POLREGIO S.A. ΕodΕΊ Plant in ΕodΕΊ, Grupa Magazynowa CzΔstochowa ul. 1 Maja 7E, 42-200 CzΔstochowa4. Form of payment - bank transfer 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued VAT invoice;5. Information and markings regarding the above-mentioned products must be provided in Polish. Products should be in original, properly labeled, tightly closed packaging with a label in Polish. Products should have their expiry date displayed in a visible place. It should be no shorter than 12 months.6. After the auction, Before announcing the selection of the most advantageous offer, the Ordering Party will ask the Contractor who offered the best offer to provide product samples within 7 days of receiving the information.
