Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of a workstation, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". The offered equipment must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production: not earlier than 2024), have appropriate certificates allowing it to sell and use in the Republic of Poland.
2) scope Orders include: delivery of equipment with unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The contractor is obliged to provide free equipment warranty service.
3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ.
3) Order processing deadline: to 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The offer providing for shortening the deadline will receive points as part of the offer evaluation using the criterion for selecting the best offer
4) Delivery address: University Śląski in Katowice, Delivery Management Department, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice;
5) The minimum warranty date required: 60 months from the date of signing the acceptance report.
The contractor may extend the warranty date compared to the required period indicated above. Offer providing extension The warranty date will receive points as part of the offer evaluation using the criterion for selecting the most advantageous offer.
