Description:
1) The subject of the order is the supply of a workstation with software for professional audiovisual production, specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the "equipment". The offered equipment must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production: not earlier than 2024), have appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment.
2) The scope of the order includes: purchase and delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, including unloading and bringing it to the place of indicated by the Ordering Party.
3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ
4) Order completion date: up to 20 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The contractor may shorten the order completion date in relation to the required deadline indicated in point 4. The offer provides for shortening the implementation time will receive points in the evaluation of offers using the criterion of selecting the most advantageous offer.

6) Required minimum warranty period: 24 months from date of signing the acceptance protocol.
7) Detailed terms of order execution and payment terms are included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ
