Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of an X -ray apparatus for SP ZOZ in Międzyrzec Podlaski together with the performance of adaptation works of general x -ray studio.
-delivery, installation, assembly and launch of a digital X-ray set for bone and linen with ceiling suspension (hereinafter referred to as"Device") together with equipment, connecting to IT installations and ensuring a comprehensive connection and providing appropriately indefinite licenses necessary to connect the offered devices to RIS/PACS systems functioning at the Employer (the supplied device is to be ableintegration and have functionalities and appropriate protocols enabling integration with the RIS/PACS system owned by the Employer)
- adjustable work necessary to launch the supplied X -ray in the indicated rooms of the X -ray studio (in particular: replacementShields, doors, carpets, markings, finishing works)
-execution of documentation to the extent necessary to obtain a permit to use the studio, including an X-ray (in particular: executive design, cover design, tests, etc. documentation)
-construction, electrical, ventilation, ventilation, ventilation, ventilationair-conditioning,
- conducting training for radiologists and technicians of radiology in the operation of the installed device and software.
