2. The subject of the contract was described in detail in Annex 3 and 3.2 to SWZ.
3. The removal requires that the offered equipment, covered by the subject of the contract:
a) was brand new, free from all defects and damage,exploitation and was not subject to the rights of third parties,
b) was produced after January 1, 2024,
c) he met all standards placed to such goods by Polish law,
d) he had a declaration of CE compliance or CE certificate, confirming that the supplied products correspond to specific standards ortechnical specifications.
