Description:
1. The subject of this order is the delivery of a factory new and free from legal defects of the X -ray diffractometer for powder analysis (hereinafter referred to as "equipment"). Further information as to the description of the equipment and the scope of delivery is provided later in the announcement (description (BT-24-Lot), with the SWZ provided in full and exhaustively.

1) PZP Act - Polish Act of 11.09.2019 - Public Procurement Law,
2) SWZ or documents Orders - drawn up for this procedure (and an unlimited tender procedure), the contract document referred to in art. 133 and 134 of the Public Procurement Law with attachments, including Annex 2 (Technical and Zakresowy Delivery Description) and a model of the contract;
3) contract template - planned provisions of the contract about Order, the content of which is given by Annex 9 SWZ.
Delivery of an X -ray diffractometer for powder analysis
