Description:
The subject of the contract was divided into two parts:
and part of the two-generator X-ray device for x-ray of postal items for the Pomeranian Customs and Tax Office in Gdynia Postal Department in Pruszcz Gdański
II part. Part of the Delivery of the X-ray backscatter manual X-ray- 2 pieces
2. The landlord expects the subject of the order, i.e. X -ray devices, its assembly, startup, configuration, to meet appropriate standards, certificates, technical approvals, approvals and should have a CE designation confirming the admission of the product for sale in the UnionEuropean.
3. The Contractor will provide an X -ray devices with factory new, complete, ready for use after assembly, starting and configuration, produced not earlier than in 2024, unused, free from defects, including legal defects, not subjected to any repairs, not to the device, not to the devicehave any third party rights, the device is not subject to any proceedings or security and meets Polish requirements.Description of the subject of the contract;
