1. The subject of the order is the supply of a yXRF X-ray microfluorescence spectrometer, hereinafter referred to as the "equipment".
If indicated in provisions of the specifications of the terms of the order, proper names, types, models, symbols, these provisions should be understood as provisions about an example product.
Item the order constitutes one functional whole. Customized order for SMEs.
5. If the description of the subject of the order refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows the use of solutions equivalent to described.
6. This procedure is conducted taking into account environmental aspects, expressed in the environmental criteria for the evaluation of offers.
7. The order is implemented as part of the project "Polish infrastructure for research on cultural heritage - ERIHS.PL" implemented under the measure 2.4 Research Infrastructure of the Modern Economy, European Funds for the Modern Economy Program 2021-2027 Financing agreement no. FENG.02.04-IP.04-0006/24-00.
