Description:
The subject of the contract is: 1) Delivery of electricity by the Contractor for the needs of the Employer, which is the final recipient within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2024 item 266, as amended) and the Act of 6 December 2008 on excise duty (Journal of Laws from 2025 item 126 as amended) to the PPE indicated by the Ordering Party in Annexes 3a and 3B to the contract, 2) sale by the Employer to the Energy Contractor produced in renewable energy The Contractor, specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 3C to the Agreement, 3) provided the Contractor by the Service Service of the Trade Balancing Service to the Ordering Party (Practing the function of PTA) on PPE/RES indicated in Annexes 3a and 3B and 3C to the contract, 4) acquiring the guarantee of origin by the Contractor for the purpose of the Contractor Their redemption to the Employer and the contractor's transfer to the Ordering Party confirmation.
