The contract will be concluded for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion.
Delivery / sale / electricity to 175 real estate in the regional departmentMilitary Property Agency in Bydgoszcz, located in LeΕΊnica Wielka, Εask, ΕodΕΊ, Skierniewice, Zgierz, Regny 174 PPE in the G11 tariff group with total estimated energy consumption of 24 months: 374 364 kWh
1 PPE in the C12A tariff group with a total estimated energy consumption of energy over 24months: 1752 kWh
for all collection points covered by the order, the contracting authority will have concluded contracts for the provision of electricity distribution services with the relevant distribution system operator.
The collection points listed in the attachment have measuring and billing systemsOwnership of the DSO. The collection points are adapted to the TPA conditions.
The Contractor will be obliged to carry out all procedures related to the change of the seller, and the contracting authority will grant the contractor the power of attorney necessary for this purpose.
Forecasted electricity consumption is indicative,used to compare offers and in no case is a commitment to buy energy in the given amount. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claim for not collecting the expected amount of energy by the Ordering Party.cover ... - Documents:
