Description:
1. The subject of the order is the demolition and construction of a new bridge at km 1+347 on the Wolkaw stream of poviat road No. 1881r Dębowiec- Załężek Jasielski in Dębowiec, and in particular:- execution of preparatory works and earthworks,- dehydration of the road body,- demolition The existing bridge at km 1+347 along poviat road No. 1881r Dębowiec- Załężek Jasielski in Dębowiec and the construction of a new plate-beam construction bridge in its location designed from typical prefabricated beams, string concrete types like, "DS", combined with reinforced concrete A plate with a variable thickness from 23 - 15 cm. The bridge supports will be reinforced concrete abutments, founded on drilled piles ⌀ 80cm;- execution of expansion joints, drainage and waterproofing and equipment,- execution of the instrumental works;- performing top and safety works;- Expanding the road, including: foundations and surfaces;- marking and traffic safety devices with street elements- demolition of marking;- finishing works;- performing a geodetic as-built inventory;- execution and agreement of temporary traffic organization. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in attachments to the specification of the terms of the contract: 1) Design documentation - Annex 5 to SWZ; 2) technical specification of construction and acceptance of construction works - Annex 6 to SWZ; 3) planned provisions of the contract - Annex 7 to SWZ ....
