The subject of the order are construction works planned to be performed in 2026 as part of the investment project entitled: Expansion and energy modernization of the administration and office building located at ul. Pstrowskiego 28 b in Olsztyn, consisting in the reconstruction of staircase No. 3 in the building B for the needs of the Warmia-Masuria Spatial Planning Office and the Provincial Geologist's Office. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the SWZ and the annexes to this SWZ, in particular in: Description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ, design documentation, specifications technical execution and acceptance of works, auxiliary bills of quantities, Instructions for preparation and recommendations regarding the content of the Assessment Report and the contract template, which the Ordering Party will make available in an electronic version on the Tender Platform available at the address indicated in point. 2.2. SWZ, for the originals documents available for inspection at the Ordering Party's office.
