Description:
1) The subject of the order is the performance of demolition and construction works for an investment project called Demolition and reconstruction of the building at ul. Grbocka 1 in Lubicz Dolny intended for a public utility facility 2) The project is planned on plots no. 131, 130/13, 859 orb 0012, Lubicz Dolny, in accordance with the design documentation, constitute an annex to the Agreement, bill of quantities, technical specification and arrangements with the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Monument Conservator.3) A detailed description of the subject of the order and its scope are specified in the technical documentation, including: design documentation in including: technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities, industry agreements, administrative decisions (including the construction permit/notification of the intention to start works), which documents should be considered together. The contractor is obliged to perform all activities and construction works resulting from the above-mentioned documents.4) Design documentation (including drawings, the descriptive part of the documentation), bill of quantities, STWiORB, industry arrangements and administrative decisions obtained are mutually complementary documents.
