Brief Description of the Subject Orders: the subject of the contract includes the construction of a garage and economic building in the Douleic. The subject of the order specifies the design documentation in detail, the technical specification of the work and receipt of works, technical descriptions and the refurbishment of the works attached to this SWZ. The order scope includes in particular: - production of foundations - earthworks, - a challenge of the basement walls, - a chance of a ceiling over the basement, - a challenge of the floor wall, - a challenge of the floor over the ground, - making of knee and peak walls, - a roof structure, roofing , - Celebration of partition walls, - finishing walls. After completing the work related to the construction of a garage and economic building in the Douleic, the Contractor is obliged to perform the as-built geodetic measurement. Therefore, the Contractor should take into account in the construction costs of the building in question, the costs of implementing the implementation of as-built geodetic measurement.
