1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works in the field of demolition of farm buildings in Bytom at: - ul. Staromiejska 2 on plot no. 326/30, - ul. Piłsudskiego 59 on plot no. 188/8, - ul. Adamka 12 for plot no. 3089/286"2. The scope of the order is defined by: 2.1. Staromiejska ul. 2 on plot no. 326/30 - Annex No. 1 to the General Terms and Conditions:a) Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works;b) Demolition permit;c) Demolition design, part 1;d) Demolition design, part 2;e) Bill of quantities.2.2. ul. Piłsudskiego 59 on plot no. 188/8 - Annex No. 2 to the General Terms and Conditions: a) Performance and Acceptance Specifications Works;b) Demolition permit;c) Demolition design;d) Bill of quantities.2.3. ul.Adamka 12 on plot no. 3089/286 - Annex No. 3 to the General Terms and Conditions: a) Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works;b) PNIB decision;c) Demolition technology;d) Bill of Quantities3. The ordering party attaches the bill of quantities as material not binding. The attached bills of quantities are indicative and should be treated as auxiliary material for a quick and general understanding of the material scope and size of the project. The quantity and descriptions of individual items of the bill of quantities should not be treated as definitive requirements for given works.4. The terms and conditions of the order are included in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No. 4 to the General Terms and Conditions. 5. Completion date: November 21, 2025.
