Description:
The subject of the order is the demolition of farm buildings in the Czok reserve. A detailed description of the construction works is included in: 1. Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR) (Appendix No. 7 to SWZ)2. Construction design (Appendix No. 8 to SWZ) 3. Bill of quantities (Appendix No. 9 to SWZ) The place of implementation of the subject of the order is the Czok reserve, ( Silesian Voivodeship, Raciborz poviat, Ndza commune, Babice district, Dziaka 270/3, 1243, ul. Rybacka 1) The Contractor will be obliged to submit to the Ordering Party a waste transfer card for all types of waste generated in the process demolition. The demolition site is located in a protected area in the form of a nature reserve and a Natura 2000 area. The contractor is obliged to carry out demolition works in compliance with nature protection regulations and in a way that minimizes the impact of the works on the environment. Ordering Party encourages you to conduct an independent site visit before submitting an offer.
