A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the demolition of three existing summer houses, and the construction of three seasonal individual recreation buildings along with internal, installations: Water-can, electric and plot management.2. The scope of the order includes: a) Stage 1: The first stage assumes the demolition of three existing summer houses, the BRDA type with the liquidation of the foundations. In addition, the project assumes removal of existing paved surfaces, the liquidation of elements of small architecture and removal / blindness, unnecessary internal installations outside buildings.b) Stage 2: the second stage assumes the construction of three, seasonal individual recreation buildings along with internal installations: Water-Kan, electric . As part of the target management of plot No. 241, the execution of: - four hardened parking spaces are expected; - paved to reach, designed buildings; - hardened terraces of unsatisfied; - low green -, insulating greenery .c) Step 3: The third stage assumes the execution of the sanitary sewage connection.
