2. The subject of the order is the demolition of the workshop building of WSPR SPZOZ in Omy, located in Zambrow at ul. Magazynowa 14, on plot number 1761/3 within the land of the commune of the city of Zambrow, along with tidying up the area and carrying out an as-built geodetic inventory, in accordance with the project demolition of the building containing a sketch of the location of the building, descriptions of the scope and method of carrying out demolition works and how to ensure the safety of people and property, and in accordance with the decision on the demolition permit of July 9, 2025 issued by the Staroste of Zambrow.3. The building is intended for demolition is a workshop building located in an area separated from the PKS Zambrow base, which was used by PKS Zambrow to repair motor vehicles. Building figures: building area: 359 m2, usable area: 298 m2, volume: 1833 m3, height: 4.0 m (eaves) 6.0 m (ridge).
